It’s Echo and The Bunnymen. I feel old. Never seen Donnie Darko? They’re popular for this song featured in that movie.

Donnie Darko still freaks me out. I've only watched it once and hoesntly didn't pay that much attention, but I just got the creepiest vibe watching it.

I’m 30 and I know who they are. My middle name is Ian, after a trio of 80s rock/new wave singers with the name, including Ian McCulloch (fixed spelling), along with Ian Curtis of Joy Division and Ian Anderson of Jethro Tull.

But not Ian Brown of the Stone Roses? I fuckin LOVE the Stone Roses. Although they are probably more of a 90's band.

Yeah, they weren’t really well known until a few years later. In ‘85-86 I think they were just starting out.
